Open-pit mine with excavators and haul trucks — a typical off-grid power site
Mine and quarry camps are the case where diesel delivered to site costs far more than at the pump.
Where it fits

Three Sites That Pay for Themselves

The economics of off-grid power come from the fuel you stop buying, not from the equipment. These are the three cases our buyers bring us most often.

Mine and quarry camps

Crusher auxiliary loads, camp accommodation, lighting and night shift. Diesel is usually delivered by truck over long distances, so the fuel price at site is far above the pump price — that gap is where solar plus storage wins. We size the battery for the night block and the PV for daily energy.

Construction sites

Site offices, workshop, security lighting, dewatering pumps and small tools on a project that runs months, not years. Containerised units move with the project, so the same asset serves the next site instead of being sold as scrap.

Remote telecom, water and lighting

Telecom shelters, borehole pumping and perimeter lighting where the grid is absent or fails daily. These loads are small but continuous, and they are the easiest case to make pay: a modest PV array with a battery replaces a generator that would otherwise run every night.

Containerised power: the battery, PCS, EMS and switchgear arrive assembled and tested in one unit What we supply

One Container, Four Blocks

We quote the system as a working package, not as loose components, because a battery without the right inverter and controls is not a power plant.

Battery storage

LFP battery racks inside the container, with the BMS and thermal management selected for the site climate. Capacity is set by your night load, not by a catalogue size.

PCS / hybrid inverter

Grid-forming capability so the site runs without a generator, plus generator input so an existing diesel set can stay as backup instead of being scrapped.

Ground-mounted PV array

PV array

Modules, mounting and DC protection sized to the daily energy demand and to the space you actually have — roof, ground or carport.

EMS and protection

Controls, metering and switching so the site can see what it is producing and consuming, and so the generator only starts when it is genuinely needed.

Before we quote

Four Numbers We Need From You

Any supplier who quotes off-grid capacity without these four is guessing. We will not put a kWh figure on a page and pretend it fits your site.

1. Load list

Each load in kW and how many hours a day it runs. Motors need the starting method as well, because a direct-online motor and a soft-started one do not size the same.

2. Daily energy

Total kWh per day, and whether the site runs a night shift. The night block is what sets the battery size.

3. Current fuel spend

Litres per day and the price actually paid at site. This is the number that decides whether the project pays back.

4. Site conditions

Ambient temperature range, dust, altitude, available PV area, and the port you ship to.

Questions buyers ask

Straight Answers

Can it run with no generator at all?

It depends on the load profile, not on the equipment. A site with a steady day load and a night shift can usually run generator-free, with the generator kept only for long cloudy spells. A site with one very large peak load is often cheaper as a hybrid. We tell you which case you are in after we see the load list.

Dust and high ambient temperature?

That is a configuration question. Thermal management, IP rating and filtration are selected for the site, not taken from a catalogue. Give us the temperature range and dust level and the factory specifies the cooling and enclosure.

Is the container ready to run on arrival?

The battery, PCS, EMS and switchgear are assembled and tested before shipment, and the factory test report travels with the unit. Site work is foundations, cable terminations and commissioning.

What is the lead time?

Confirmed in writing with the quotation, because it depends on the configuration and on cell supply when the order is placed. We do not quote a fixed number of weeks before the factory confirms it.

Tell us the site, we will size the system

Send the load list, the daily kWh, the fuel spend and the site conditions. You get a sizing proposal and an FOB Shanghai price, not a brochure.
