Doosan DH360 bucket tooth 2713-0032 with pin and retainer beside the 2713-0033 weld-on adapter

A 36-tonne Doosan bucket tooth is one of the easier GET parts to sell and one of the easiest to get wrong, because the same casting carries three part numbers and two different pin numbers depending on which catalogue you happen to open. The 2713-0032 is that tooth. It sits on the S330 / DH360 / DH370 class, it is still running on DX380 buckets in Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, and the number of published answers for "what pin goes in it" is two — not one.

The tooth: 2713-0032, 713-00032 and 2713-1234

Wear-parts distributors print the DH360 tooth three ways. BDI Wear Parts labels its rows DH360-5 Tooth against 2713-0032 / 2713-1234. The Hangzhou Guannan bucket teeth catalogue prints 713-00032 with the family code S330 and the machines DH370 / DH360. Supplier product pages add a fourth spelling, 2713-00032, and extend the fitment line to the Solar 340, DX340 and DH370. Same casting, four spellings, five machine names — which is exactly why we quote teeth by number and by photo.

Weights here are catalogue figures, cross-checked between two distributor lists and one foundry catalogue. Read them as freight numbers, not as fitment specifications: the 1.3 kg spread between 9.2 kg and 10.50 kg is the difference between weighing a bare casting, a packed tooth and a slightly different pattern.

The adapter: 2713-0033 in four lip openings

One adapter number covers the whole family. 2713-0033 — also written 713-00033 — is a vertical pin weld-on adapter, and the lip opening is what changes between machines.

OpeningCatalogue weightFitment row
40 mm17.30 kgThe row carries the note 25X127 in the column where every other row of the table holds machine names — a pin size, not a machine list
50 mm18.60 kgS370, S370-5, S360-5, DX380 — the widest fitment line of the four, and the opening most quotes settle on
55 mm17.60 kgListed for the S370-5
60 mm18.50 kgNo machine row in the distributor list; one Ningbo foundry catalogues the same adapter as 2713-0033 (6.2CM)

Two things follow from that table. First, an opening quoted as 6.2 cm is 62 mm, so "the 2713-0033" is not a single physical part — 40, 50, 55, 60 and 62 mm all circulate. Second, the weight does not track the opening, which is the tell that these castings are bored and trimmed to order. Measure the lip width on the bucket, or send a photo of the nose with a rule across the opening, and the part number takes care of itself.

Two pin numbers for one tooth

This is where the DH360 tooth costs people money. The pin is not one number.

Note the last row against the middle one. 114-00246 and 2114-1849 both appear as usable retainers for this tooth, and 8E8409 appears alongside them — that is the Caterpillar number, not a Doosan one, which is the same cross-brand habit that prints 7T3408 next to the DH300 tooth 2713-1219. A retainer list is a cross-reference, not a fitment sheet.

The pin that pairs with it is worth checking twice. One distributor page states 130 mm for the DH360 pin; the BDI row above the tooth table carries 25X127. Those two figures are not the same pin dimension set, and we do not sell a diameter we cannot stand behind. Take the pin out of the bucket, put a caliper on the shank, then measure the length. The bucket pin and retainer guide sets out the measurements by family, and the reason the 30-tonne and 36-tonne classes are the two that get mixed up most often is that their pins differ by about 1 mm and their teeth photograph almost identically.

Profiles, and what the foundries actually guarantee

Every profile on this tooth shares the same pin and the same lock, so a mixed box of standard, rock chisel and tiger long teeth needs one hardware line, not three. What varies is the cast specification, and here the aftermarket suppliers in this family are unusually consistent:

  • Hardness: HRC 46–52 quoted by two independent foundry catalogues; one product page states 48–52 HRC. Ask which figure is on the test certificate, not on the web page.
  • Impact: ≥ 20 J quoted for the DH360 rock chisel.
  • Tensile strength: ≥ 1400 Rm-N/mm².
  • Process: lost-wax investment casting or forging, depending on profile — the forged rock chisel and the cast standard tooth are not the same product and should not be quoted at one price.
  • Order quantity: one Ningbo foundry quotes a 1 tonne minimum and 30–40 days for a container of this family; treat those as foundry-specific, not as market rules.

We do not publish a wear-life figure in hours. Tip life on a DH360 depends on the ground, the operator and the bucket angle far more than on the tooth, and any supplier quoting hours without asking about your rock is guessing.

The machine at the other end: the DX380

The DH360 / S330 class was succeeded by the DX380, and Doosan's own spec sheets for that machine explain why this tooth system is still moving. Fitment rows list the 50 mm 2713-0033 adapter for the S370, S370-5, S360-5 and DX380.

Two things are worth taking from that table. A 40-tonne class machine with a 1718 mm, 1.83 m³ bucket is running a lot of teeth, and the ones that wear out first are the outer positions — which is where tiger long profiles go. And a bucket that takes the 2713-0033 nose takes it at whichever opening it was built with, so a DX380 and an S360-5 can genuinely need different adapters under the same tooth number.

Ordering notes

  • Send the pin measurement. Diameter first, then length. It separates the DH300-class pin from the DH360-class pin faster than any part number, and it is the only way to choose between 2705-1021 and 705-00006 without arguing catalogues.
  • Photo the adapter nose. A rule or tape across the lip opening confirms 40, 50, 55, 60 or 62 mm in one shot. The adapter is welded to the bucket — getting it wrong means a cutting torch, not a return.
  • Say which profile you want per position. Standard for the centre positions, rock chisel or RCX for rock, tiger long for the corners. Profile mix changes the price more than quantity does.
  • Weights are freight figures. Pin diameter, pocket and adapter nose decide fitment. Use the catalogue weight to size the shipment, not to choose the part.
  • Aftermarket, stated plainly. We supply aftermarket teeth cross-referenced to the Doosan numbers, not genuine Doosan parts. Doosan, Daewoo and Solar are trademarks of their owners and we use them to describe fitment only.
  • No published prices. The quote depends on profile mix, cast grade, how many pins and locks are in the box, and the shipping lane. Ask and you get a firm figure — FOB Shanghai or CIF to your port.

FAQ

Q: What bucket tooth fits a Doosan DH360, DH370 or S330?
A: Tooth 2713-0032, also written 713-00032, 2713-00032 or 2713-1234, on the weld-on adapter 2713-0033 (713-00033). Wear-parts rows label it the DH360-5 tooth; one China foundry catalogue prints 713-00032 with family code S330 and the machines DH370 / DH360, and another lists the same tooth for the Solar 340 and DX340. The profiles are 2713-0032RC rock chisel, 2713-1234TL tiger long and the RCX and RCD rock variants.

Q: Which pin and retainer does the 2713-0032 tooth take?
A: Two hardware sets are published for the same tooth. Set one is pin 2705-1021 with lock 2114-1849, printed by BDI Wear Parts and by supplier pages under the heading DH360 713-0032 Standard. Set two is pin 705-00006 with retainer 114-00246, which several distributors list as the DH360 / DX340 hardware and which one China foundry catalogue pairs with 713-00032 at 10.3 kg. A third listing calls the retainer 8E8409 — that is Caterpillar's J400 retainer number, the same cross-brand habit that prints 7T3408 next to the DH300 tooth.

Q: What size is the DH360 bucket tooth pin?
A: The published figures do not agree. One distributor page states 130 mm for the DH360 pin, and the BDI wear-parts row for the DH360-40 adapter carries the note 25X127 in the column where every other row of that table holds machine names. Rather than quote a diameter we cannot confirm, we ask for the pin you pulled: caliper the shank, then the length. The DH300-class pin is visibly smaller, so the measurement separates the two families in seconds.

Q: Does the DH360 tooth fit a Doosan DX380?
A: Wear-parts fitment rows list the 50 mm 2713-0033 adapter for the S370, S370-5, S360-5 and DX380. The DX380 is the 38-tonne class that replaced the older 36-tonne machine, so buckets running this nose are still in service: the DX380LC-3 is quoted at 39,200 to 40,600 kg with a 1.61 m³ general purpose bucket, and the DX380LC-5 at 40.2 tonnes on 600 mm shoes with a 2.01 m³ maximum bucket. Confirm the nose and the pin before ordering — the tooth number alone will not do it.
