Ask three suppliers what pin belongs with a Doosan DH300 bucket tooth and you can collect three numbers: 2705-9010, 2705-1021 and 7T3408. All three are real part numbers, all three appear somewhere on a page that mentions this tooth, and only one of them will lock the point you are holding. The gap between them is 1 mm of diameter and up to 28 mm of length — small enough to miss on a screen, expensive enough to strand a container at the port.
The DH300 / DX300 tooth system, part by part
The tooth we quote for the DH280 / DH300 / S290-5 class — and for the DX300 that replaced it — is 2713-1219. Wear-parts distributors catalogue it as the S290-5 tooth and print the fitment row as S290-5, S300-5, DX300, DX300LC. It is one size class above the 2713-1217 tooth used on the DH220-5 and DX225 family, which is the class most mis-orders come from.
| Component | Part number | Catalogue notes |
|---|---|---|
| Standard tooth | 2713-1219 (aftermarket also written 2713Y1219) | 7.70 kg in the BDI Wear Parts Doosan list; fitment row reads S290-5, S300-5, DX300, DX300LC |
| Rock chisel tooth | 2713-1219RC | 8.00 kg in the standard listing; a heavy-duty RC row for the DH300 is quoted at 10.00 kg |
| Tiger long tooth | 2713-1219TL | 8.00 kg; a lighter long variant is listed at 6.90 kg |
| Heavier rock listing | 230111-00090 | Quoted between 6.6 kg and 8.0 kg by different suppliers; cross-references to 713-00054 and the 2713-1219 family, and some distributors fit it to the DX340LC and DX225LCA as well |
| Older DH280 tooth | 2713-9038 (RC: 2713-9038RC) | 7.30 kg, on the older 2713-9037 adapter — still common on DH280 and Solar 280 buckets |
| Pin | 2705-9010 | 22 mm × 109 mm, about 0.35 kg |
| Lock / retainer | 2114-1849 | About 0.06 kg |
| Weld-on adapter | 2713-1220 (also written 3T1220) | 40 mm gap: 11.80 kg. 50 mm gap: 12.60 kg. Same fitment row as the tooth |
| Second 40 mm adapter | 2713-1235 | 11.00 kg, 40 mm gap, same machine class |
| Side cutters | 2713-6034 / 2713-6035 | 18.00 kg each, 6-hole pattern, catalogued for the S290-5 (DH330) bucket |
Weights above are catalogue figures from the BDI Wear Parts Doosan wear-parts list, cross-checked against supplier fitment pages. Read them as freight numbers: one foundry weighs the bare casting, the next weighs the packed part, and the same tooth can legitimately be quoted a kilo apart.
The pin question: 2705-9010, 2705-1021 or 7T3408?
One supplier page prints all of it on a single line — "Crown Pin 7T3408 / 2705-1021" — directly beneath the DH300 tooth. That line is a cross-reference table, not a fitment promise. Put the numbers side by side and the trap is plain.
| Machine class | Pin | Retainer | Pin size |
|---|---|---|---|
| DH130 | 2705-9014 | 2705-9015 | 18 mm × 85 mm |
| DH220 / S220-5 / DX225 | 2705-1020 (also written 2705-9012) | 2114-9008 (2114-1848) | 19-20 mm × 105 mm |
| DH280 / DH300 / S290-5 / DX300 | 2705-9010 | 2114-1849 | 22 mm × 109 mm |
| DH360 | 2705-1021 | 2114-1849 | 23 mm × 137 mm (a supplier page for the same pin quotes 24 × 130 mm) |
| Caterpillar J400 (for contrast) | 7T3408 | 8E8409 (Cat number) | 22.2 mm × 118 mm |
Read the last two rows against the third. 2705-1021 is the DH360 pin — 23 mm across, 137 mm long in the cross-reference tables (one supplier list puts it at 24 mm × 130 mm), one machine class up the range. 7T3408 is not a Doosan number at all: it is the Caterpillar J400 pin at 22.2 mm × 118 mm, and its retainer 8E8409 is likewise a Cat part number. Neither will lock a DH300 point properly. A 23 mm pin does not enter a pocket bored for 22 mm, and a 118 or 137 mm pin is too long to sit under the retainer in a pocket sized for 109 mm — you will either lose the pin in service or fight it in with a hammer and damage the pocket.
There is a second, smaller discrepancy worth carrying in your head: at least one supplier lists the DH300 pin as 22 mm × 115 mm rather than 109 mm. Diameter decides whether the pin goes in; length decides whether the retainer groove lines up and whether the pin stands proud of the boss. A caliper across one old pin costs nothing and ends the argument — 22 mm diameter on this class, and take the length off the pin in your hand rather than off a table.
One tooth, four catalogue numbers
Interchange listings for this tooth print 2713-1219, 2713Y1219, 713-00054 and 230111-00090 — often on the same page, which is why buyers assume they are looking at four different teeth. They are not.
| Number | Where it appears | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| 2713-1219 / 2713Y1219 | Standard aftermarket number for the S290-5 / DH330 / DX300 tooth | The number we quote by default |
| 713-00054 | OEM-style number printed against the same tooth in interchange listings | Same tooth, different numbering system |
| 230111-00090 | Heavier rock listing, cross-referenced to 713-00054 and 2713-1219 | Quoted 6.6-8.0 kg depending on supplier; also fitted to DX300LC, DX340LC and some DX225LCA rows — the crossover that starts most of the confusion |
| 2713-1270 | Variant listed for S280V and Solar 280LC-3 buckets | Same size class, older machine names |
If your parts book says 713-00054 and our box says 2713-1219, you are holding the same tooth. If it says 230111-00090, expect the reinforced casting. Either way the pin, lock and adapter do not change.
The adapters: a 40 mm gap or a 50 mm gap
A tooth is only half an order, and on this class the adapter is the heavier, more expensive half. The 2713-1220 weld-on adapter is catalogued in a 40 mm gap at 11.80 kg and a 50 mm gap at 12.60 kg, both on the same fitment row as the tooth. 3T1220 is the same casting under the Caterpillar-style numbering some customers use, and 2713-1235 is a second 40 mm adapter for the class at 11.00 kg.
Older DH280 buckets are the exception. They wear the 2713-9037 adapter — 12.80 kg in the 40 mm gap, 13.50 kg in the 50 mm — and that shank takes the older 2713-9038 tooth at 7.30 kg rather than the 2713-1219. If the adapter on your bucket carries a casting number ending in 9037, send a photo of the nose with the enquiry. Fitting a current tooth to an older shank is the most common mismatch we see on this class, and it is invisible in a part number search.
The machines behind the number
Machine data belongs in a tooth article because a tooth is chosen against machine weight and bucket size, not the badge on the side panel.
| Model | Operating weight | Engine | Bucket |
|---|---|---|---|
| DH300LC-7 | 29,600 kg | DE08TIS 6-cylinder turbo, 8.07 L, 147 kW (197 hp) at 1,900 rpm | 1.27 m³ standard; 200 kN bucket digging force |
| DX300LC | 29,300 kg on 600 mm shoes, 30,500 kg on 850 mm shoes | DL08 common rail, 147 kW / 197 hp net (SAE J1349) at 1,900 rpm, 7,640 cc | 0.64-1.75 m³ SAE; reference bucket 1.27 m³ on the 6,245 mm boom |
| DX300LC-5 | 31,191 kg (68,764 lb) | 266 hp / 198 kW net | — |
Sources: Doosan's own DX300LC brochure for the LC row, RitchieSpecs and Construction Equipment Guide for the DX300LC-5, and dealer specification listings for the DH300LC-7 — the brochure for that generation is no longer in circulation, so treat its figures as dealer data rather than factory print.
Two things follow from that table. All three machines sit in the same 30-tonne class and share the same ground engaging tools, so a DH300LC-7 bucket built in 2008 and a DX300LC-5 delivered fifteen years later can take the same 2713-1219 tooth, 2705-9010 pin and 2713-1220 adapter. And this class sits exactly one step above the 21.5-tonne DH220-5 / DX225 family covered in our DX225 tooth guide — which is where the DH220 tooth (2713-1217, 20 mm pin) and the DH300 tooth (2713-1219, 22 mm pin) get mistaken for one another.
Five measurements before you order
- Pin diameter and length. 22 mm × 109 mm is the DH300 pin. 20 mm × 105 mm is the DH220-5 pin on the smaller class; 23-24 mm × 130-137 mm is the DH360 pin — the published figures for that one disagree with each other too.
- Lock number. 2114-1849 sits on this class. 2114-9008 / 2114-1848 belongs to the smaller DH220 pin, and it will not hold a 22 mm pin.
- Adapter gap. 40 mm or 50 mm takes 2713-1220. A casting number ending in 9037 means the older DH280 shank, which wants the 2713-9038 tooth.
- Tooth weight. Around 7.7 kg is a standard 2713-1219 point. Around 5 kg means you are weighing a DH220-5 tooth.
- Bucket photo. One square-on frame of the lip with a tape measure laid across two adapters. Cheapest check in the yard, and it has caught more mis-orders for us than any part number on an enquiry.
Ordering notes
Treat the figures on a catalogue page as a starting point, not a specification. Pages in this family quote the same pin three different ways: 40Cr at HRC 52-58, the same pin at HRC 48-53, and another listing at HRC 38-42 with an AKV of 35 J. Ask the foundry for the material grade, surface hardness and heat treatment certificate in writing before you commit a container, and trial one bucket set on a machine you can watch.
Send the machine model with serial prefix, the old tooth number or a photo of it, the pin measurement and the adapter gap to sales@cn-machinery.com or WhatsApp +86 136 1161 8158. We supply aftermarket GET cross-referenced to the Doosan numbers — not genuine Doosan parts — and we quote teeth, pins, locks and adapters as one line so nothing arrives missing. We do not publish prices on this page: the quote depends on the profile mix, the cast grade, how many pins and locks go with the teeth and the shipping lane.
FAQ
What bucket tooth fits a Doosan DH300 or DX300?
2713-1219, held by pin 2705-9010 (22 mm × 109 mm) and lock 2114-1849, on the 2713-1220 weld-on adapter in a 40 or 50 mm gap. Wear-parts catalogues list that tooth for S290-5, S300-5, DX300 and DX300LC, and the standard point is quoted at 7.70 kg. Older DH280 buckets are the exception: they carry the 2713-9037 adapter and take the 2713-9038 tooth.
What pin does the 2713-1219 tooth take?
2705-9010, quoted at 22 mm × 109 mm and about 0.35-0.4 kg, with retainer 2114-1849 at about 0.06 kg. It is not the Caterpillar J400 pin 7T3408 (22.2 mm × 118 mm), which appears on the same cross-reference lines, and it is not 2705-1021 (23 × 137 mm in the cross-reference tables, 24 × 130 mm on one supplier page), which is the DH360 pin. One supplier lists the DH300 pin as 22 mm × 115 mm, so measure the old pin rather than ordering off a table.
Is 2713-1219 the same tooth as 230111-00090?
They belong to the same family. 230111-00090 is the heavier rock listing, cross-referenced to 713-00054 and 2713-1219, quoted at 6.6-8.0 kg by different suppliers, and fitted to the DX300LC and DX340LC as well as some DX225LCA rows. 2713-1219 is the number we quote for a standard DH300 / DX300 point at 7.70 kg, and 8.00 kg in the RC rock chisel and TL tiger long profiles.
Which adapter does the 2713-1219 tooth fit?
The 2713-1220 weld-on adapter, catalogued in a 40 mm gap at 11.80 kg and a 50 mm gap at 12.60 kg; 3T1220 is the same casting under Caterpillar-style numbering and 2713-1235 is a 40 mm adapter for the same class at 11.00 kg. Older DH280 buckets carry the 2713-9037 adapter (12.80 kg at 40 mm, 13.50 kg at 50 mm), which takes the 2713-9038 tooth instead.
